Acceptance & Agreement
By accessing or using this service, you agree to all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the service. Continued use indicates your acceptance of any revised Terms. The Terms form the entire agreement governing your use of the service.

Account Creation & Security

You must not attempt to circumvent security measures or disrupt service operations. Violations may result in immediate suspension and legal action.
User Content & License
All content you submit remains your property, subject to a non-exclusive license that allows the service to host, store, and display that content. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license. The service may remove or disable access to any content that violates these Terms or applicable law. You agree to defend and indemnify against any third-party claims related to your content.
Pricing, Billing & Payments
Certain features require payment of fees displayed at the point of purchase. All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated. You agree to pay all applicable taxes. If payment fails, access to paid features may be suspended or revoked.
Subscription Management
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 48 hours before the renewal date. You can cancel auto-renewal through your account settings. Canceling stops future charges but does not give a refund for the current period. No proration applies for partial use of a billing cycle.
Modifications & Updates to Service
The service may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of its features at any time. Significant changes that affect user experience will be communicated at least seven days prior when feasible. You acknowledge no compensation is owed for modifications. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated service.
Termination & Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms, at our discretion. Notice will be provided when reasonably possible. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms cease immediately. You must delete any downloaded content and stop using the service.
Intellectual Property Rights
The service and all content therein are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted only a limited, revocable license to use the service. No ownership rights are transferred to you. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited and may result in legal action.
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the service operates. Disputes shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty days, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or local courts. Each party bears its own legal fees unless otherwise awarded.
